ABOUT ME
Giacomo Fragione graduated in Astronomy and Astrophysics, magna cum laude, under the supervision of Prof. Alessandro Melchiorri working on Planck data.

In 2014-2016, he was a fellow of the joint Ph.D. "Astronomy, Astrophysics and Space Sciences" of University of Rome "La Sapienza" and University of Rome Tor Vergata. His thesis, entitled "Hypervelocity Stars as Tools for Galactic Astrophysics", was developed under the supervision of Prof. Roberto Capuzzo-Dolcetta.
In 2017-2019, he was jointly a Fellow of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities and Arskin Fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

In 2019-2020, he was a CIERA Fellow at Northwestern University in Evanston. Starting from September 2020, he is a Research Assistant Professor at Northwestern University.
